How do I enroll in a course?

Create an account at learnwithempire.com or through our mobile app. Browse the course catalog, select a course you are interested in, and click “Enroll.” You will get immediate access to the course materials and can start learning right away.

How do I access my courses?

After logging in, go to the “My Courses” section to see all your enrolled courses. Click on any course to continue where you left off. Courses are accessible on both web and mobile, and your progress syncs across devices.

How do I track my learning progress?

Your dashboard shows your overall progress across all enrolled courses, including completed lessons, quiz scores, and time spent learning. Each course page also displays a detailed progress bar and lesson completion status.

How do I get a certificate?

Certificates are issued automatically when you complete all lessons and pass the final assessment for a course. You can download your certificates from the “Certificates” section in your profile. Each certificate includes a unique verification code.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team at support@learnwithempire.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days. Please note that certificate records may be retained for verification purposes.
