Data Deletion

Request deletion of your personal information from Learn With Empire. We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when the deletion is complete.

What can you delete?

  • Your full learner account. We delete your profile, enrollment records, quiz attempts, learning progress, certificates, and any messages or support tickets you have submitted. Records required by law for issuing certificates may be retained for the statutory period and then deleted automatically.
  • Just the Meta-connected data. If you signed in via Facebook, Instagram, or contacted us through Meta messaging and want only that data removed while keeping your Learn With Empireaccount, select “Meta data only” in the form or note it in your email request.

How to request deletion

  1. By email (recommended) — email privacy@learnwithempire.com from the address registered on your Learn With Empire account. Subject: Data deletion request. Include the scope (full account or Meta-only). We acknowledge within 7 days.
  2. From Meta’s Connected Apps— if you connected via Meta, go to your Meta Connected Apps settings and remove the “Team Empire Operations” app. Meta forwards a deletion notification to us automatically; we process it the same way as a direct request.

Check the status of a request

When we receive your request we email a tracking code. To check the status, open https://empireo.ai/data-deletion-status/<tracking-code> in your browser. Tracking is served from empireo.ai, the Team Empire group umbrella domain.

How long does it take?

We complete deletions within 30 days. Most full-account deletions complete within 7 days; Meta-only deletions usually complete within 24 hours.

What stays after deletion?

  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics that do not identify you.
  • Records we are legally required to retain, including certificate issuance records (for verification by future employers or institutions) and financial / tax records.
  • Email logs of the deletion request itself, kept for 18 months as proof we acted on your request.
